From a small independent production company based in London, England, Antares Media has now grown into an international content producer with locations both in the UK and North America. Established in 1993 it has worked (either directly or indirectly) with many network broadcasters including, in no particular order:

ITV BSKYB Channel 4 FIVE BBC FOX SONY USA Network Nickelodeon and Sci Fi Channel (now branded SyFy).

As well as distributors such as Southern Star, Target and LWT International.

The areas of expertise covers a wide range of content but is specialised in the drama and entertainment areas. The latter does include the now very popular area of reality (and format) programming. It also includes live theatrical and music events. Our drama content has concentrated predominately in the area of crime or mystery and many times based on fact. However these have not been recreations but fictionalised stories based on true events which are very often composited. These include television films as well as series. Above all we make all our content entertaining.

Another area of drama we have been involved with is children's live action although we have also collaborated on a puppet series. All our children's drama have involved animals both domestic and otherwise! We have become quite adept at dealing with the vagaries of filming the unpredictable.

All our content is filmed in HD and has full multi-platform support. We distribute and sell worldwide and have entered into several co-production arrangements. Currently we are involved in two feature films and we also have a couple of our own film projects in development. Our crew are some of the best in the business with a string of awards and nominations for their work. We are proud to have them as part of our team.
